48 Talking Heads vs. 81 ZZ Top

The Talking Heads were art school kids who earned their stripes during the punk revolution of the 70s. Their quirky songs earned them both popularity and credibility.

ZZ Top specialize in Texas boogie. Their sound is iconic, but their look is almost more so, with Dusty Hill and Billy Gibbons’ flowing beards, the Eliminator, and the classic videos from the early 80s.
